August Entry....all cramped into 1.hahhaa.

HAZE

So last wikend balik BP sbb nak kemas2 rumah sbb mmg takde org nak kemas nanti nak dekat raya.tah2 raya KL tahun nie..takdelah..musti la balik...anyway..haze agak teruk melanda my hometown..

Yup...beginilah keadaan hiway balik selatan...dgr kat berita ...muar 5th bandar paling teruk kene jerebu.

H1N1

By the time now dah 38 death becoz of H1N1....gov pon baru gelabah nak amek tindakan...lps tu cakap rakyat tak vigilant..ehh klau tak vigilant apsl lak hospital sg buloh tu penoh dgn orang nk wat check up..anyway aku sendiri arituh freak out gak..lps demam 4 hari..aku pon risau..panas dah kurang tp selsema ade lagi..memula gi hospital ampang puteri tp derang nak mintak referal dari panel klinik..klau tak kene bayar sendiri..last2 aku gi balik klinik panel doktor kata tak yah..bagi ubat selsema jek...

Bg aku la problem kat malaysia nie sbb orang jadi panik bila demam...takde ke mcm pre-test nak tau..mmg klau nak wat test untuk H1N1 nie mmg costly and time consuming..and this country tak cukup logistik and manpower to do all test.yup..mmg paham..doktor kat gov hospital keje berhempas pulas..bravo to them..tp how about these private hospital??...mmg la mahal klau nak bayar by person..tp kan gov ade tabung tu la..tabung nie la...support la sikit..takde emergency comittee ke nak handle bende nie?...

Ade rapid flu test nie...walaupun tak accurate..tp dgr bole bezakan influenza type A or B...test nie boleh dibuat kat klinik biasa (GP)..dan result dlm 1/2 jam..tp ade gak yang argue test nie tak tepat...tp tah apa salahnya mencuba kan?..lagipun mmg common bila demam mesti gi klinik dulu..so klau leh tapis awal2..then concentrate la yang suspek case refer kat private or gov hospital...

Next problem is about information...ramai orang yang tak tau nak wat ape atau pon mmg tak amek kisah...emm..mmg ada info kat web MOH..tp bukan semua orang access..dan ade gak certain company2 yang tak ikut pon guideline diberi...aku respek averis...admin derang concern..ade contigency plan...ade body temp check..sepatutnya company kene concern..provide hand sanitizer ke..3 ply face mask ke..anyway bole refer kat web nie untuk referal..yup..please baca dan sampaikan info

Last...sejak outbreak nie 2 bende paling laku...3 ply mask dengan hand sanitizer..mmg bagus beli walaupun ade yg argue 3 ply face mask bukanlah 100% protect..quote dari web CDC

OK lah cukup rant pasal H1N1...so ape lagi..emm ohh next week EPL start...hahaha.kalah lak charity shield arituh dgn chelsea...ahaha.mcm susah je season nie..anyway stay positif..harap2 dapat capture 19th league title this season..
